Quality Apartment Rentals Within Downtown Detroit
Looking for modern apartment rentals in Downtown Detroit ?
Here at Houze Living, we design exclusive modern uptown-styled interiors for each of our communities. We utilize a local innovative design firm, dPOP!, who also hail from Detroit. Our interior layouts mirror some of the most prominent Detroit office buildings, with both our eccentric layouts and modern designs. We celebrate diversity and welcome all charismatic personalities; so it's no surprise why many are choosing to call Houze Living communities their new home. You can become part of the movement too!
Each one of our buildings offers a rich history with the city of Detroit. Our Regis Houze is located adjacent to the famous Hotel St. Regis, a structure that has served many notable guests such as Martin Luther King, Jr., Mick Jagger, Stevie Wonder, Pharrell, and many more! Our Briggs Houze is the former infamous Hotel Briggs, which was opened in the 1920's to the booming innovative city of Detroit. Our Gabriel Houze was the original headquarters to the Archdiocese of Detroit from the 50's to 2014, and offers incredible views of the Detroit and Windsor skylines, as well as the Detroit River. And last, but not least is our Philip Houze. We've renovated the once existing apartments here into 100 brand new modern living units. It stands adjacent to Grand Circus Park and the Washington Blvd corridor.
Imagine a community so rich in culture, authenticity and substance that it exudes the heart and soul of metro Detroit. Located in four separate parcels across the region, Houze Living communities are neighbored by Downtown's signature square and the illustrious arts and entertainment districts - offering an unrivaled housing experience. Savor the ultimate urban-lifestyle by exploring the different sounds of music through dozens of nearby concert halls, or dining to diversified ethnic cuisines courtesy of countless adjacent restaurants, just moments away.
