Hockeytown looks a little different this season. The boys are back – and in their new home! Little Caesars Arena is ready for its first seasons in the NHL and NBA. LCA is set to kick off its first puck drop this Thursday for the Red Wings home opener against the Minnesota Wild.

What fans can expect

- CUP HOLDERS! Wing Nuts have been without a place for their beverage for years now and that has all changed.

- The largest centerhung scoreboard in the world measuring at 5,100 square feet. LCA also features 45 LED displays covering more than 13,500 square feet and 16.5 million plus LEDs in and around it… you could say it’s going to be lit.

(Located on the Woodward Avenue side of the arena)

Guests will enjoy local beers on tap and craft cocktails with a menu described as “classic Detroit and Southern-influenced.” The restaurant is open to the public, but ticket holders will have access to LCA.

Mike’s Pizza Bar

Mike’s Pizza Bar (a tribute to Mike Ilitch) will feature artisan-style pizzas, deep dish pies, sandwiches, wraps, baked grinders and apps.

Sports & Social Detroit

If you’re not attending the game you can catch it on one of the many screens at this sports and entertainment bar. Sports & Social Detroit has foodies in a frenzy with 10 burger options – one being the Peanut Butter and Jelly Belly burger.
